Getting in Touch with Me:
The best way to get in touch with my is by email, and all emails will be replied to within 24 hours. If you need to get in touch with me right now, texting works best. My phone number is: (401) 580-4393. My business hours are 10am-10pm, 7 days a week.
I understand that things pop up and you might need help immediately. For rush jobs that are not standard recurring tasks, you will be charged time and a half if less than 24 hours notice is given.
My team takes off U.S. federal holidays, such as Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, New Years, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Memorial Day. You will be notified 4 weeks in advance if other holiday or vacation plans are in the works.
Referrals are our favorite way to gain new clients! Any time that you generously make a referral, please let me know. If the client does follow through and book me, I will send you 10% of their first payment as a thank you!
I adhere to a strict confidentiality code, and no information will be divulged outside my team. All of my team members have signed a rigorous Non-Disclosure Agreement to make sure that your information is safe. Your identity is also kept secret, except in the case of new clients inquiring about references.
Typically, the work that I do for my clients requires me to have access to the log-in information for multiple applications and accounts. Because I work with a team, I need to be given the actual username and login information.
